Registration (close)

All participants have to register for the workshop and pay the registration fee. If a participant do not register and do not pay registration fee the presentation will be removed from the scientific program and the abstract will not be published.

Registration fees

Online Registration: 300 EUR (until June 7, 2018)
On-site Registration: 350 EUR (cash only)

Accompanying person: 48 EUR

Please note that with the ending of the advanced registration period the online registration system will be shut down. All those participants who have not registered by June 7, 2018 but want to attend the conference must register on-site.

What is included in the registration fee?

Conference bag
Administration fee, workshop material, Wi-Fi (If your own institutions uses EDUROAM you will be able to connect to the EDUROAM network. If you do not possess EDUROAM access we provide an alternative. During registration you will receive a username and a password from us which you can use to connect to the GUEST network.)
Book of abstracts
Lunch and coffee breaks during workshop (Wednesday to Friday)
Conference Dinner (Thursday)

Payment information

All payments must be made in EURO.

Payment can be made either by credit card or transfer (in the latter case, after entering your information in the payment website (https://www.azur-colloque.fr/AMU/inscription/inscription/67), you'll receive an email with an attachment containing all the information needed to establish a purchase order. The latter should be sent back to ictw20[at]sciencesconf.org, and you'll subsequently receive a bill which should be paid by transfer).
